Between 10 and 11am is when they sell the least amount of beer and bacon & egg rolls. And once you've finished said items, it's lunch time - so it is legitimate to have another beer. Before you know it, it's knock-off time, and all your buddies join you for an after work drink. You tell them all about your excellent B&E roll, and then they get hungry, order pub grub, and settle in for a night of hard drinking. At 1am you stumble home, having spent over $100 at the pub. Because you're so hung over the next day, you sleep through your alarm clock and are running really late for work. As you step off the bus, you see a sign saying "Free Bacon & Egg Roll" and realise that you've forgotten breakfast. Need I say more? Brilliant. It makes perfect sense.
