… well if you’re confused by this inconvenient extra 1/4 of a day per year business… try being born on the 29feb (that day once every 4th year invented to tidy up those 0.25 days) and try explaining to every person who asks for your birthday why your birthday dosent exist 3 out of 4 years… i have this birthday but i love it!

As for the rent, i like the pay per day option proposed by manton!
